Our New Facilities
We are pleased to announce that Red Leaf Retail Concepts Inc. will be moving into a brand new facility this coming Winter, 2012. Red Leaf’s Innovation Centre is located on a one-and-a-half acre campus at Highway 27 and Zenway Boulevard (close to the 407 ETR) in Woodbridge, Ontario. Designed by Red Leaf’s CEO Christopher Potter and Industrial Designers Heather Lam and Terrence Li, this modern and contemporary two-storey building is approximately 16,800 sq.ft. and offers ample green space, office space and parking for clients, tenants and employees.
Unique among other buildings in the area, the new Red Leaf office makes a statement amid its surrounding environment. The building is purposely angled on the plot so that passersby can easily view the depth of the facility. The concrete exterior surrounds the crystal-clear glass windows, creating a visual frame while drawing attention to activities taking place inside. The layout of the interior is visually divided so that there are true distinctions between the warehouse space, Red Leaf office space and tenant office space.
Location is extremely important to us, which is why we chose the City of Vaughan. Vaughan has been selected as one of the Five Best Cities in Canada for Business (Globe & Mail’s Report on Business magazine, August 1998.) Many businesses have chosen Vaughan due to its many features such as access to major transportation routes and airports, lower taxes, diverse and available labour force and reduced traffic congestion.
Red Leaf Retail Concepts Inc.’s new headquarters will act as a resource centre offering the complete package of support needed to help clients succeed. The structure is designed to provide an optimal setting for our team to interact and collaborate. It will cultivate an environment that encourages creativity, innovation, leading-edge technologies and a dedication to continuous learning. These are all vital to consistently deliver effective consumer engagement solutions for our clients.

This innovative centre provides clients and partners the opportunity to collaborate with Red Leaf team members on project planning and related opportunities. We have designated areas for configuration and prototype testing, providing partners and clients the opportunity to engage and experience with the concept before execution.
Our expansive network of partnerships is growing to keep up with client demands and technology advancements, which is yet another reason why we are expanding and seeking talented experts to add to our mix. We are currently in search of enthusiastic tenants that are aligned with our vision and devoted to growing, learning and delivering strategies and ideas that help provide effective in-store solutions for our clients.
Many of the new building’s design attributes and details are intended to help inspire, motivate, encourage and promote collaboration among staff. Furnishings will be ergonomically selected to provide comfort and improve efficiency. The large green space and courtyard allows staff to refresh their mind and body, while providing a serene outdoor meeting space.
Red Leaf believes a key component of a visually dynamic office is efficient lighting. As a result, the new facility features extensive uninterrupted natural light cast through floor-to-ceiling glass windows, skylights add more natural light, which is carried throughout the office via glass walls and office dividers. High-efficiency light fixtures are suspended from 18’ ceilings above the spacious and modern studio workstations for added light.
We pride ourselves in being retail consumer engagement experts and a cutting-edge company, which is why we devoted space for technology research and configuration, prototype and concept testing, showrooms and more.
Constant Growing Technology
The Technology Lab
Red Leaf’s retail technology and development division is constantly developing and testing leading edge technologies. As a result, the new building will include a technology lab for configuration specialists and developers to integrate advanced software and hardware, test retail programs, build solutions, manage quality control, and deploy technology. The lab will feature a dedicated network to ensure that the rest of the building and their departments remain uninterrupted in case the departmental system fails.
